Getting Started with Admissions
Our Admissions Coordinator has a wealth of clinical knowledge. Her primary role is to listen to you and take the time to understand your unique situation. Once she feels confident she understands your needs, she will then offer advice on the next best step for you or your loved one. Possible next steps include:
- Scheduling a tour so both you and your family can learn more about our team of dedicated experts and experience our welcoming and soothing treatment environment
- Performing an in-depth assessment so we can learn more about your health history and goals
- Referring you to a trusted resource that better suits your needs
Discussing Insurance & Payment
We work with insurance companies as an out-of-network provider. Doing so allows us to provide a customized and comprehensive treatment plan that benefits you rather than follows the limitations of an insurance carrier.
While insurance benefits vary by carrier, True Life Center provides courtesy billing of insurance claims for our intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP). True Life will work with you and your insurance carrier to ensure you receive the maximum out-of-network reimbursement for your plan. We do not just hand you a superbill when you are in our IOP or PHP. We do the hard work of filing all of the claims, doing all of the authorizations, and utilization reviews. As such, we won’t rest until you receive all of the reimbursement that your insurance carrier allows.
We have many patients who elect not to utilize their insurance for privacy reasons. In addition, we will happily discuss payment options for patients who don’t have out-of-network benefits or who elect not to utilize insurance. However, please note that we do not accept Medi-Cal or Medicare, and only very few Tricare plans seem to have out-of-network benefits.
